Didn’t know there was such a thing as Frame Swapping, so delighted to find this service. Ive looked at high end designer before but always out of my price. Kai offers a decent selection of high end designer frames. I was fortunate to be local and was able to see the range and try some out. I’m now the delighted owner of a pair of fabulous Gucci glasses at an amazing affordable price.

Sold my first pair of glasses through Frame-Swap 2 months ago and it was a seamless process with great communication throughout, and a further 2 sales since. My contact throughout was Kai and she continues to be my main point of contact, as I have several more pairs up for sale with them. Kai walked me through the process before I sent the glasses so I knew exactly what to expect; she assured me that decisions on pricing were in my control and that payment upon sale would be prompt. Never having done this before, Kai's advice and support has been fabulous and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frame-Swap for both sales and purchases.
The glasses are lovely, came exactly as described for a third of the price of a new pair. It was also so easy to put in my prescription lenses in the frames. Only took 30 minutes at the opticians. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
