Didn’t know there was such a thing as Frame Swapping, so delighted to find this service. Ive looked at high end designer before but always out of my price. Kai offers a decent selection of high end designer frames. I was fortunate to be local and was able to see the range and try some out. I’m now the delighted owner of a pair of fabulous Gucci glasses at an amazing affordable price.

Sold my first pair of glasses through Frame-Swap 2 months ago and it was a seamless process with great communication throughout, and a further 2 sales since. My contact throughout was Kai and she continues to be my main point of contact, as I have several more pairs up for sale with them. Kai walked me through the process before I sent the glasses so I knew exactly what to expect; she assured me that decisions on pricing were in my control and that payment upon sale would be prompt. The glasses are lovely, came exactly as described for a third of the price of a new pair. It was also so easy to put in my prescription lenses in the frames. Only took 30 minutes at the opticians. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
